Welcome to Excelsior
In the early 20th century, the Pike/Pine corridor, located in what is now Capitol Hill, was the center of Seattle’s motor trade, catering to a new class of consumers – motorists. This stretch of land became known as “Auto Row,” and among its dozens of revolutionary auto dealerships was Excelsior Motorcycle Co., from which Excelsior Apartments gets its name and original brick facade.
Inspired by the innovation of our past, Excelsior Apartments aspires to pioneer a new standard in modern living – from the dual-level fitness center to the expansive windows and sleek finishes, all the way up to the sky lounge and rooftop terrace with stunning city views.
Choose from a wide selection of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans (including spacious modern lofts), each designed with features and styles catered to you. Excelsior’s apartment homes surpass the rest with in-home upgrades like walk-in closets, vaulted ceilings and roomy decks and patios, available in select homes.
